Betsy Martin is a consultant who has worked with community foundations nationally and locally in Montreal, Hamilton, Toronto and Ottawa for fourteen years.  She is a senior advisor for Community Foundations of Canada, the national membership organization of Canada’s 165+ community foundations, where she directs CFC’s Responsible Investing Pilot Program and is leading a foundation initiative in the Lake Winnipeg Watershed.  In 2006, she developed and negotiated CFC’s ground-breaking investment partnership with the Bank of Montreal.  She is a director of the Canadian Environmental Grantmakers Network and the Small Change Fund.
